Care plans

Maintenance plans are usually sold as 'unlimited edits', and the small print turns those edits into content tweaks: custom development — PHP, plugins, themes, whole pages — sits outside the plan. The ‘unlimited’ ends where the code begins.

Our care plans put the number on the table instead: 6, 12 or 20 hours of real development every month — fixes, content and design changes, small features, consultations — tracked in whole quarter-hours with the balance always visible in your panel. Routine plan work (updates, backups, monitoring, reports) never consumes your hours.

The response SLA is published in numbers too — per plan, in business time — because 'rapid response' without a number is a mood, not a commitment.

Running a WooCommerce store?

Stores get the WooCommerce Care add-on on top of a care plan: checkout tests after every update round, payment gateway support, and store-down incidents treated as critical. The add-on brings its own three hours of store work a month, next to the 6, 12 or 20 development hours of the plan underneath it.

Need hands without a subscription?

Hourly Support packs are prepaid developer hours with a 90-day window, a visible balance and unused hours refundable minus one. They stand alone for one-off work and top up any care plan when a busy month burns through the included hours.

Website Monitoring is a family of its own in the catalogue and a plan of its own on the price list: uptime checks every minute from three regions, SSL and domain expiry watched, weekly malware scans, an alert within 15 minutes of detected downtime and a monthly health report an engineer writes. It detects; it does not repair — repairs are the care plans above, or an hourly pack, and we keep that boundary printed rather than implied.
