Once work has started, it continues until the site is back; started treatment is not paused for the evening.

Usually yes — most infections are cleanable in place. The honest exception: if data has been destroyed and no backup exists anywhere (hosting snapshots included), recovery of that data is best-effort, and we tell you exactly that during diagnosis, before the work burns your money.

If it is the same vector within 30 days — we fix it free, so the risk of a sloppy cleanup is on us, not on you. A fixed price is the point: when your site is down you need a number, not an open-ended hourly meter. The scope covers the full rescue; the rare case that genuinely exceeds it (for example a multi-site network compromise) gets a written quote before any work starts.
