How it works

The order becomes a service you can watch
The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

You hand over access, not passwords by email
The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word
Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself
Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

PHP version upgrades, resource limits, configuration changes in your hosting control panel — shared and managed hosting of any mainstream provider.
DNS edits: up to 3 per month
Record changes done for you with a check afterwards. Larger DNS projects are quoted separately before any work starts.
Mailboxes: up to 5 managed
Creation, passwords, forwarding and quota housekeeping for up to 5 mailboxes on your hosting.
Hosting billing watched
We track your hoster's renewal dates and alert you before anything expires. The hosting bill itself stays yours — we manage, we do not resell.
Plan recommendations
When your traffic or site outgrows the current hosting plan, you get a written recommendation — not a silent upsell.
Not included
The hosting itself (you pay your hoster directly), site migrations (a separate fixed-price service), and servers outside shared/managed panels — for VPS and custom infrastructure we prepare a Custom Offer.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide the hosting itself?
No, and that is deliberate. You keep your own hosting account and pay your hoster directly; we administer what runs on it. Plans that require moving your site onto the provider’s own hosting exist — we think your infrastructure should stay yours.
Which hosting providers do you work with?
Any mainstream shared or managed hosting with a control panel — cPanel, Plesk and the panels of the big managed-WordPress hosts. Custom VPS or bare-metal setups are outside this plan's scope; ask for a Custom Offer.
What happens if I need a fourth DNS edit in a month?
The limit is 3 DNS edits per month — printed here so there is no small-print surprise. Anything beyond that is a small task from an Hourly Support Pack, and we tell you before doing it, never after.
Does this plan update or fix my website?
No — this plan looks after the hosting layer only. Site updates, backups and development hours live in the Website Care plans; the two combine well and are billed separately, so you only pay for what you use.
My site is down right now — is this the right service?
No. A site that is down or hacked needs the Emergency Fix service, which exists exactly for that. Managed Hosting Care is ongoing prevention, not an ambulance.
Do plans renew automatically?
Only if you grant an explicit payment mandate at checkout — you can revoke it in the panel at any time. Without a mandate nothing renews and nothing is charged.
