The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

What if my hosting is just slow?

Will you break my site by removing plugins?
Nothing is removed without your approval; changes go through a backup-first routine, and the checkout, forms and key pages are verified after each significant change. The report lists every modification.

What do you need from me?
