Refund Policy

What you can get back, when, and who decides — the numbers first, the full policy below.

This summary is here to orient you. The official text below is the one that binds both of us; if they ever seem to differ, the official text governs.

Before work starts: 100% back
A one-time service that still shows as Queued is refunded in full on request, no questions asked.
Work under way: pro-rata
You pay only for what has been consumed; we keep at least 1 hour at the smallest hour-pack rate. An operator decides, and a disagreement is escalated to the owner.
Deliverable accepted: closed
Acceptance is a deliberate act of yours — nothing is accepted by silence — and it closes the work. No refund after it.
Subscriptions
The period you are in is not refunded and the service runs to its end — cancelling never shortens it. Months of a yearly prepay that have not begun come back in full: what you paid, minus the elapsed months at the undiscounted monthly price.
Emergency fix: no cure, no pay
If your site was not restored, you get 100% back.
Hour packs: a 90-day window
Inside the pack's 90-day validity, unused hours are refunded at the pack's own rate minus 1 hour. Once the validity has passed, the hours are gone.
EU, EEA and UK consumers
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal stands whatever this policy says — it has its own page in this section.
A refund never exceeds what is left
Anything already refunded, or still in flight, is subtracted first — and money comes back in the currency you paid in.
Who refunds you
The seller under this policy — and the party that returns your money — is Helicore FZ-LLC, the RAKEZ free-zone company (licence no. 47037395) that operates web-svc.
