How it works

  1. The order becomes a service you can watch

The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

  2. You hand over access, not passwords by email

The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

  3. Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word

Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

  4. Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself

Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

Illustration of the client panel — not a real account. Every deduction is a line, the balance is a number.

Included

What's included

01

Technical crawl and indexation review

What is indexed and what is silently not, duplicate content, crawl traps, speed regressions and structured-data errors — found by crawling your site the way search engines do, cross-checked against Search Console.

In your plan
02

On-page review: 10 key pages

Your ten most important pages reviewed one by one: titles, headings, internal linking, content structure and intent match.

In your plan
03

Content gaps vs 3 competitors

Where competitors earn traffic you do not — mapped against three real competitors agreed at intake.

In your plan
04

Prioritized fix plan

Every finding sorted into quick wins, a 30-day list and a 90-day list, each with expected effort — a to-do list, not an essay.

In your plan
05

Report + 45-minute walkthrough

The report lands in your panel; then an engineer walks you through it for 45 minutes so the plan survives contact with your team.

Not included

Implementing the fixes. That is deliberate: the audit is the map. Implementation is yours, or an SEO Care retainer, or an Hourly Support Pack — your choice, with no bundled lock-in.

Promise

Our guarantees

  • Payment anchors the deadline, and nothing else

The published timeline is counted from payment — the one moment both sides can verify. It is a deadline for the report, not a claim that the work begins that minute.

  • Change your mind before we start — 100% back

A one-time order refunded in full on request any time before work begins, per our refund policy.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Why a fixed price when agencies quote audits individually?

Because an audit is a bounded, definable piece of work, and pretending otherwise mostly serves the quote. Fixed scope, fixed price, published timeline — you know all three before paying, which is exactly how we think professional services should be bought.

What exactly do I receive?

A written report in your panel — technical findings, the 10-page on-page review, the competitor gap analysis, and a fix plan prioritized into quick wins, 30 days and 90 days — plus a 45-minute call where an engineer walks you through it.

Will you also fix what you find?

Not within the audit, and that separation is deliberate — an audit that sells its own remediation has an incentive problem. When you want the plan executed, an SEO Care retainer covers ongoing work and an Hourly Support Pack covers batches of fixes; both start from this audit's plan instead of re-discovering it.

Do I need this if I'm about to start monthly SEO?

We recommend exactly that order: audit first, retainer second. The audit gives the retainer its first months of prioritized work — otherwise you pay retainer rates for discovery.

What do you need from me?

Access to Google Search Console and analytics, the list of your key pages and competitors if you have opinions on them (we propose defaults if not), and the intake form in the panel. The timeline runs from payment.

Will the audit guarantee my rankings improve?

No audit can promise rankings, and ours does not. It promises a correct, prioritized diagnosis. What rankings do afterwards depends on execution, competitors and time — the audit makes sure the effort goes where it counts.

What’s next: implement with prepaid developer hours

The audit is the map; the fixes are a separate purchase, and we keep them separate on purpose. The usual next step is Support Hours — a prepaid pack of developer time — worked through the plan’s quick-wins list first, each task estimated for free before a single hour is deducted. How many hours a given plan takes depends on the plan; we tell you per task instead of selling you a number we have not measured yet.
