If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a contract concluded with web-svc.com at a distance within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty.
- The period. Fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you place the order.
- How to withdraw. Any clear statement to us is enough. The shortest route is the refund request on the service in your account; a message in your project works just as well. You may use these words: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [name], ordered on [date].” Sending the notice before the fourteen days are up is enough - it does not have to reach us earlier.
- What comes back. Everything you paid, by the same means you paid it, within 14 days of telling us - unless one of the two paragraphs below applies. If you would rather have the money as balance on your web-svc.com account, say so and we will do that instead; we will never do it without asking.
Asking us to begin straight away
This platform starts work as soon as an order is paid, because that is what you are buying. So when you place an order you are asked to make an express request that we begin inside the fourteen days, and to acknowledge what that costs you. Both statements are recorded against the exact version of this text you were shown, with the date and the time, and you can read them again at any time under your acceptances.
Two consequences follow from that request, and only these two:
- Once the service has been fully performed - the work delivered and accepted - the right of withdrawal is at an end. That is EU Directive 2011/83 article 16(a), and it is the only thing the tick-box does.
- If you withdraw while the work is under way, the contract ends there and you pay only for what has already been supplied, in proportion to the whole (article 14(3)). The rest is returned to you. If nothing has been started, you pay nothing.
You are never obliged to make that request. If you would rather keep the fourteen days untouched, say so before ordering - the button beside the tick-box opens that conversation - and we will hold the work until the period is over.
What this page is not
It is not the whole of our refund policy. The refunds we give beyond any statutory right - work not started, an emergency fix that did not fix anything, months of an annual plan you never used - are set out in the Refund Policy, and nothing there reduces anything on this page. This right belongs to consumers: a purchase made in the course of a business does not carry it, though our own policy may still return the money.

web-svc.com and web-svc.ae are operated by Helicore FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, licence number 47037395. Registered address: CWEP9233, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The contract this right applies to is concluded with Helicore FZ-LLC. A notice of withdrawal addressed to that company at that address counts as a notice to us, as does the route described above. Wherever this page says “web-svc.com”, it means Helicore FZ-LLC.
